To file a formal complaint against a police officer or dispatcher, the form at link below must be delivered IN PERSON to the police department or to the Mayor's office.

You may use the electronic form here to file an INFORMAL complaint against an employee, but your account will only be considered if provided in writing on the official written Complaint Form.
